AS REHPOL was established in 1994 on Estonian private capital. REHPOL factory is situated in Võru and manufactures PVC windows and doors from quality PVC profiles. We also manufacture, sell and install timber and also timber with aluminium clad windows.
In 2009 AS REHPOL manufactured and installed windows for the first certified passive house in the entire Baltic region. Windows and external doors for the Kaseke Kindergarten in Valga were manufactured from high energy efficient PVC profile; the thermal conductivity factor of these fully meets the standards for a passive house. REHPOL AS has completed several projects with tailored solutions, the most famous of which are, for example, round windows for the Tallinn TV Tower and semi-round windows for the Lasnamäe Russian Orthodox Church.
As REHPOL AS is manufacturing both timber and plastic windows, the company is well aware of doubts and preferences that people have. Although, in Estonia, people tend to prefer traditional timber windows and doors, it is definitely worth comparing the technical parameters of these with the PVC windows, which are manufactured on the very good level. Modern plastic doors and windows finished with wood imitation look so natural that very often the client visually cannot tell the difference between the materials.
Why should one prefer plastic windows? First of all, for their technological properties and second of all, for the price: in case of a plastic - a profile is cut to the preferred size, welded, provided with hardware and glazed. Timber is much more demanding, it requires much longer processes and more work: cutting, spiking, milling, pressing, impregnation, drying, sanding, priming, drying, sanding, painting, drying, hardware installation and glazing.
Today REHPOL AS is intensively developing its export markets. The company that employs over 30 employees manufacture competitive windows for the construction companies and distributors in Scandinavia and Europe. AS REHPOL welcomes you in its office-showroom in Tallinn and factory in Võru.
